COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customer:

As COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) continues to spread across the globe, and within the United States, we would like to let all our valued customers know what CableMaster is doing to respond to this health emergency. Starting March 19, 2020, we will only take call-in, email, or online orders at our online store. We are still open but temporarily stop taking walk-in orders until further update. Our priorities are the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, families, and the communities in which we live and work.

Our sales and warehousing operations remain open, and we will continue to provide the same outstanding levels of service that you have come to depend on from CableMaster.

All orders can be shipped or picked up from the back of our building. For pick-up orders, please call us when you are at our location, our warehouse manager will open the warehouse door for you and your ordered items will be ready for you. Please count all items before you leave.

If you have any RMA issue, please email us the invoice number, item part number and quantities. We will record your RMA request first and notify you when to send the RMA goods back to our warehouse.
